We only contact you about your own account and order. No marketing emails, no mailing lists without your OK first.
Who Can See Your Info
Just you and us. We don't sell, rent, or share your information — except with PayPal to run your payment, or if the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
As long as your account is active, and as long as we're required to for recordkeeping.
Keeping It Safe
Your account needs a password, and everything travels over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Accounts are invite-only — there's no public sign-up.
Your Options
Want a copy of what we have on you, or want your account deleted? Email info@balancedpro.com. Some records may need to stay on file if the law requires it or an order is still in progress.
Changes
We may update this policy sometimes. Using the site after a change means you're okay with it.
