Yes. Your binder comes with forms for making certain updates after it arrives. Your application covers up to ten names to start, and you can add more later.

Pay in full, or split it into three equal payments every 15 days. Your documents are processed after the first payment and ship once the last one clears.

You have the right to a full refund of the entire sum paid until your personalized documents are finalized and prepared for delivery. A purchase may also be rescinded within three (3) business days of the transaction — notice must be given in writing within that period. All payment processing fees are borne by the client — including credit and debit card fees (typically 2.9%), bank charges, and wire fees — whether incurred in making a payment or in receiving a refund. Any refund is issued net of these fees; if a refund is sent by wire, applicable bank fees are deducted from the amount returned.

We begin processing your binder after your first payment and a quick review. It won't mail out, though, until your final payment clears — then it ships right away.

We mail everything through UPS with tracking. Once it ships, you'll see the tracking number on your dashboard and get an email with the link.

Family binders: 7–10 business days. Business binders: 7–12 business days. Both together: 10–14 business days. Need it faster? Expedited processing is $200 more.
